Collection and use of Personal Information
Christian SRE does not intentionally collect personal identifiable information about visitors to our web site.
Christian SRE does provide the facility for you to download application forms published from time to time by subscribing utility service providers and for you to complete such forms by inserting your personal information therein and forwarding such completed forms to Christian SRE.
Christian SRE does not extract any personal information from the completed application forms but simply on forwards the completed forms to the relevant utility service provider for processing.
You should be aware that when you access Christian SRE’s web server, a file (“a log file”) is generated by the server showing the IP address of yourself as a visitor, the date, the time and the pages visited by you.
The information in our web site log files is examined to determine the traffic to the server as well as access levels to specific pages and is not used to compile “audit trails” identifying which visitor has visited which pages of our site.
Christian SRE will periodically delete logs from its log file, although Christian SRE reserves the right to retain such files indefinitely.
Disclosure of Personal Information
The personal information contained in the completed application(s) of the subscribing utility service providers is not to be extracted or used by Christian SRE without your express permission or where it is legally compelled to do so.
Security of Personal Information
Christian SRE ensures that personal information contained in the completed application(s) to subscribing utility service providers is not collected nor is it readily accessible to staff other than staff whose specific function it is to ensure that such application(s) is/are fully completed with all requisite supporting documentation prior to being forwarded to the relevant utility service provider.
Whilst Christian SRE uses software encryption to ensure that personal information is protected if sent online you acknowledge that the use of such encryption is not foolproof and that Christian SRE neither invites nor requires personal information from you to be submitted on line.
Changes to the Statement
Christian SRE may update this Privacy Policy Statement from time to time, however, any changes made will not affect personal information previously received. You should periodically review this statement to ascertain what (if any) changes have been made to this Privacy Policy Statement.
